Tricia Maslov

Adult Ministries Associate

Tricia had a wonderful 40-year career in corporate America as a process and change management consultant. Tricia has been enjoying semi-retirement for the past year but always one to stay busy, Tricia has been performing contract work for her former employer and serving as a member of the Lighthouse Pregnancy Resource Center board of directors.  Over the years, Tricia has enjoyed serving in Grace Kids Worship, participating on the Women’s Ministry team and facilitating a Women’s Grace Group. Tricia loved helping create our Grace Groups ministry and can often be seen at the front door welcoming people to church on Sunday mornings. The Holy Spirit had been tugging at Tricia’s heart to look for a way to use her skills more broadly within the church and when the opportunity arose for Tricia to join the staff in a part-time capacity, Tricia knew it was an answer to prayer. She is excited to be focusing on our growing adult ministries initiatives, continuing her efforts in women’s ministry and assisting with important go-forward church-wide strategies and processes.  Tricia and her husband Ilya (our Director of Worship) have been members of Grace Church for almost 20 years and have two New York City-based adult daughters, Nicole and Victoria. Tricia loves to read, eat anything Italian, crochet and is learning to play pickleball because she heard that is required for all retired people.

What is your hope for the ministry and people of Grace Church?

My hope is that Grace Church is a place where people feel welcome, are actively engaged in the ministry, and are willing to be vulnerable and authentic with one another.  My prayer is that our church is increasingly known by our fruit – people growing in their faith and trust in the Lord our Savior, a local community that feels our presence and love, , and that we continually equip individuals and teams to serve in ministry locally and far beyond our borders.
