Street2Street is an urban ministry that reaches out to the youth in the US to play sports in a safe, fun and competitive environment, using sports to connect with the kids and share the Gospel with them. Their motto is “Play, Belong, and Matter”:
- Play—on basketball courts around the country they host tournaments for kids to play.
- Belong—they create S2S clinics for kids to learn the fundamentals of basketball and from there they play in leagues which foster communities for kids to belong.
- Matter—At every S2S event they share a life-affirming message with each kid that they matter to the leaders, to others and to God.
